Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must provide clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue.
ABer review, Bébé Rue Concept Store may offer a replacement for the same item if the issue is confirmed.
