Exchange Period

Items can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery. Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Have all original tags and packaging

• Not be damaged, washed, or altered

• Be accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt

  Non-Exchangeable Items
  We do not accept exchanges for:

• Items that have been used, worn, or washed

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Items returned after the 15 days exchange period

  Exchange Process

  To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and product details.
  Once your request is approved, instruc;ons will be provided for the exchange.
  Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested item is unavailable, you may exchange it for another item of equal

  value.

• Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.

  Bébé Rue Concept Store reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the conditions stated above.
